Emma V works within a beauty salon primarily located in Adelaide. Previously, Emma had engaged other agencies to do their digital marketing across a number of paid channels. Previously other agencies had been unable to track a third-party iframe so there was never any clarity around which channel the leads were coming from. However, we knew that with Mensa Marketing's technical expertise, the iframe tracking issue could be remedied - allowing the owners of the salon to finally understand if the paid advertising efforts were generating results.
Mensa Marketing's tech wizards were able to build and embed some custom code, allowing to track activity within the iframe from the parent site - something other agencies said was impossible! Once we had our tracking setup, we created highly tailored ad copy and designs that were in line with the business's brand guidelines and tone, yet able to engage and convert their ideal customer. With the social paid advertising strategy generating success, we were able to do a few key tweaks to the onsite SEO, resulting in significant movement across a number of critical keywords.
